Mine ore, build robots, and defend the core.
About this game
Robot Frontier is a free mining and tower defense game for kids ages 9-12. Your child runs a small outpost on a distant frontier: tap crystal ore deposits to mine by hand, then spend the ore on robots and turrets that keep the central core safe.
The rhythm alternates between calm and action. During the quiet phase you mine and build: miner robots (15 ore) dig a deposit automatically, turrets (25 ore) guard open ground. Then a wave of enemies marches in from the edges, turrets fire on their own, and each wave arrives bigger and tougher.
Everything runs locally in the browser on tablet, phone or computer - no ads, no accounts, no downloads. A great fit for kids who enjoy strategy, automation and the deeply satisfying loop of build, defend, rebuild.
