About this game
Crystal Keepers is a free cave strategy game for kids ages 9-12. Deep underground, clusters of teal crystals connect through winding tunnels. Every cluster you hold grows a new crystal each second, while amber rival crystals spread from the other end of the cave.
The rules are easy to read and quick to test: choose a cluster with at least two crystals, then tap or drag to a connected point to send half of them through the tunnel. Bigger arrivals capture the point; smaller ones just chip away at its defenders.
Crystal Keepers is a playable prototype, running fully in the browser with no ads, accounts or installs, on tablets, phones and computers. Rounds take only a few minutes, so it suits kids who like short, repeatable strategy puzzles with a moody cave glow.
How to play
- Select a teal cluster holding at least two crystals.
- Tap a connected crystal point, or drag toward it, to send half your crystals through the tunnel.
- Capture points by sending more crystals than are stored there.
- Let clusters recharge - each one grows a crystal every second.
- Make every cluster in the cave sparkle teal before the amber rival fills it.
